Social Media Sales Account Executive

As an account executive you are responsible for seeking companies and organizations to become part of the Xsellarate family. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with a closer mentality to join our sales team as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for finding, managing and closing new business for both small business and midsize markets. You will be actively pursuing social media driven leads and developing strategies to approach businesses online and over the phone.

 

Experience in the merchant service industry is preferred but not required. As long as you are coachable, and driven to create your own success, then we want you on our team

 

This is a great entry level opportunity in a field that typically requires extensive experience. If you do have experience, then you can expect a large increase in your current commission structure. We have access to any and all equipment in the industry. Our underwriting / approval process for merchants is quick and easy, and you will also have access to any pricing structure that you choose to sell.

You Have

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience (not required, but preferred)

  • Experience with communicating and selling on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook are a plus but are not required

Equipment Technician

We are seeking experienced technical staff to join the Xsellarate family. This role is a remote position that will require technicians to properly receive, process, and ship equipment to our customers. This position is quite busy, and requires a high detail to attention ratio to ensure that we are providing the best equipment, in the best condition and working order for our customers.

 

For this position you must have experience in the merchant services or financial services technical industries, and will be required to take a technical exam to be qualified for the team. Our technical staff work closely with the operations and our CSM teams to ensure that timelines move efficiently. 

You Have

  • 2+ years technical experience in merchant services or financial services (required)

  • Knowledge of major relevant POS systems used across major industries (Clover, Toast, Touch Bistro, Square, etc.)

  • A safe location for equipment to be shipped and processed

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high sense of urgency

  • Experience working with distribution centers and customer service centers is a plus

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

As a CSM you will be an integral component to our webservices team. This position requires a large amount of experience in web development and the post sell/account management areas. Our CSM's will be responsible for meeting for consultative sessions to get accounts up and running on our platform, curating our customers websites through our template builders Wix/GoDaddy, articulating SEO and marketing efforts with their current/new marketing strategies, and delivering monthly web/SEO reports. 

This is a mid level position that will require a high amount of energy and an unbelievable attention to detail. We will teach you to use our CSM platform back end and will coach you through the process of bringing clients onto the Xsellarate platform.  

You Have

  • 1+ year of relevant experience as a CSM or Customer Service Post Sale Manager at a tech company or start-up

  • 1+ year of experience working with GoDaddy/Wix Web builder

  • 1+ year of experience with webhosting & domain articulation 

  • 1+ years experience with CSS, HTML, JS, SQL, or Python equivalents 

  • Experience with Monday.com or other PM software is a plus but not a requirement

  • Experience with Google Drive Enterprise

Underwriting Associate (Sr./Jr.)

We are seeking experienced and unexperienced underwriting associates for our new client/existing client process. 

In this role you will be responsible for communicating with the lending institutions, banks, and other associated organizations that are involved with setting up and maintaining new/existing clients of the Xsellarate platform.  

This position requires a high level of detail and knowledge of the financial industry landscape, but is not required to secure a position. We are currently hiring two types of underwriting associates (Senior & Junior level positions). If you are a junior associate our team will put you through our underwriting knowledge base to build an understanding of the industry. This is a remote job that will require you to work with our sales/CSM teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Xsellarate platform.

You will also be responsible for maintaining account updates and maintenance for existing accounts.

You Have

  • 2+ Underwriting experience in the financial industry (specifically merchant services is a plus) [not required for Jr. position]

  • Experience with Rise CRM is a plus

  • General understanding of the Credit/Risk scales and all bank underwriting requirements

  • Interpret Credit Reports, Corporate Entity Registrations, Financial Statements and Tax Returns

  • Compile, verify and confirm information provided on Merchant Applications

  • Assuring that daily merchant applications are processed timely and follow up to Agent responses on pending applications

Jr. Web Services Technical Specialist

We are a fast-growing tech startup looking for a Jr. Web Services Technical Specialist to join our team. This position is designed for college students who are looking to gain experience in building websites using low-code and visual builder platforms. As a Jr. Web Services Technical Specialist, you will work closely with our Professional Web and SEO teams to complete client websites in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role you will be responsible for sitting in on client side meetings, creating proposals and structured plans for tackling tasks that are associated with the web projects, and learning how to use our in house tech stack.

  

This position requires a high level of detail and organization. Limited knowledge of the financial industry landscape is a plus, but is not required to secure a position.

 

We are currently hiring two Jr. Web Services Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a remote job that will require you to work with our sales/CSM teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Xsellarate platform.

You will also be responsible for maintaining account updates, maintenance and communicating with new customers.

This is a contracted position that pays Approx. $300-$2,500/week. Contract is negotiated at time of offer.

You Have

  • Currently enrolled in a college program or recent graduate

  • Experience with Monday.com CRM is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with low-code and visual builder platforms (preferably WIX)

  • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
